Sleep = Sanity?


I have more than usual going on this week and my brain has decided that the best thing to do in this situation is sleep.  For two days I have shut off my alarm clock while in a sleepy haze and woken up 90 minutes later in a panic.  At least its a well rested panic.  To my brains credit, I wake up after exactly 8 hours of sleep…on the dot.  As much as I thank my brain for being concerned for my/it’s health and the ability to really take on so much…I could REALLY use an extra 90 minutes a day right now!

  1. As someone who suffers from being busy and having problems with insomnia I know just how you feel. Even on the rare day that I get to “sleep in” I’m up way earlier than I need to be. I hope you’re able to get some extra sleep soon. 🙂

    1. Ha! Marci we need to swap brain cells…we have the opposite problems…my brain keeps making me sleep more and your never lets you!!
