Often the biggest challenge for solopreneurs, small business owners, side hustlers and professionals is feeling isolated and alone when making business decisions.
Face it, our spouses and families just want us to make money and to be happy, so they’re not always the best sounding boards. We can vent and seek out advice from friends, but you know as much as I do that you just don’t have enough time together that’s focused on your business. If you have employees, you probably don’t want to discuss this level of your business with them. So who do you talk to?
Does any of this sound familiar?
I get it and have been where you are! I had a business for over 15 years where I had this problem. This is what brought me to business coaching. After becoming obsessed with solving this for others, I decided to set out to do so full time. I now offer the solution for this problem. The ability to work with a trusted advisor, mentor and expert all in one.

What does working together look like?
With 1:1 sessions, we would have weekly, bi-weekly or monthly 1:1 meetings where we’d work on your business or professional life so that you can work in your business the rest of the time. We define your goals and makes sure your productivity, time management, business strategies and marking plans will get you there. “When you are a multi-passionate person, or someone with crafty/entrepreneurial ADD – a business coach like Sierra can be irreplaceable. I always knew I could do ALL the things, just sometimes I have trouble breaking things into bite sized pieces and remembering that everything has a season. During our time working together Sierra has been instrumental in helping me get organized about the how, when and why of all of my creative side hustles. Before meeting with Sierra my monkey mind was on 11. I still want to do ALL the things, but now I have the tools to lay out a plan and actualize all those ideas.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Are the sessions in person or over the phone?
Sessions are over the phone unless you live in Austin, TX and prefer to meet in person. You have the option of voice calls or skype calls. If you live in Austin, you are welcome to have sessions at my office in south west Austin.
How often should we have 1:1 Sessions? It all depends on how much help you feel you need. You may want to have a quick 45 minutes session to bounce a new business idea off of me. You may want to have a few in a week to get ready for a launch. You may want to meet weekly, bi-weekly or monthly for 90 minute sessions for as long as your in business. It’s up to you and your business needs. You may also prefer the Full Access Advisor on Retainer option if you want longer meetings and unlimited phone calls and emails.
Do I have to live in Austin, TX to work with you?
Absolutely not! As sessions are typically over the phone, you can live anywhere in the world, as long as we can find a time that works in both of our time zones and you speak English.
Will we meet at the same time every session if I have weekly/monthly sessions?
This is up to you. It’s easier for scheduling if it falls on the same time/day/week but if this is not possible, that’s fine! You schedule through calendy and it is synced with my calendar, so you are welcome to book whenever is available.
Why are you qualified to help me with my business?
Great question! First, I have 15 years of experience of building and running a profitable small business. You can visit the About page for more on that. Second, I constantly up my knowledge. I take classes, attend conferences and read. I read 99 books last year and they were mostly about business. I love taking what I learn and passing it onto my clients. I have been known to realize I don’t know about something a client wants to do, and reading a book about that night. I will read so you can lead!
Why is accountability so important?
An essential part of business coaching is accountability. I am there to keep you focused on the end result and remind you why it is important. I will motivate you to keep your commitments. I will act as a sounding board and when needed hold a mirror in front of you, highlighting your business and personal blind spots.
Will you post on social media for me?
I do not provide this service as I prefer to “teach a man to fish” rather than hand them a fish. I of course can provide a list of vetted professionals whom you can hire to do this for you.
What if I have a day job and cannot schedule meetings during business hours?
I have time blocks available on both nights and Saturdays. If you have a tricky schedule and I seem to never have the blocks open that you need, simply email me and we’ll make it work!
