How to dress for Valentine’s Day without looking like a 5 year old

How to wear it: Valentine's Day

Let me preface this by saying that I love Valentine’s Day. As a pretty hard core workaholic, I tend to put work way before things like romance. To me, one day a year when I am reminded that I need to stop everything I am doing and focus on my relationship, is a necessity. No you don’t have to celebrate with lavish gifts, flowers and candy but I will say that getting nice jewelry mid February is pretty awesome…*cough* from manictrout.com *cough*. As I tend to already dress on the girly side, I also love getting dressed up on February 14th. There is however a fine line on being “festive” and dressing like a 5 year old. I’m all for cheeky cuteness like this to die for dress from Alice + Oliva, but grab lady like classics for accessories to keep it grown up.
