  1. I also have to eat right away when I get up. Then I can’t work out for at least two hours while my breakfast digests!

    How about a whole grain waffle w/peanut butter? Or some cottage cheese with a cut-up pear? A regular brekkie of mine during the week is one egg + one egg white scrambled with a side of veggie breakfast sausage. Small meal but holds me over for some time.
