About Sierra

Your favorite Contemporary artist, Sierra Bailey lives in Austin, TX, and creates paintings for collectors across the country.

Sierra has been painting in an educational or professional setting since 1991. She earned her BFA from the School of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University and began her career in New York.

Over the years, Sierra has established herself as a multi-hyphenate artist. She has been a painter, a jewelry designer, an author, and a candy maker. Painting however was her first love and the thread through her creativity.

Sierra’s work has appeared in over 60 national magazines, many local news outlets, and on popular television shows.
